The Weigh In - Week 2

Well, my only real accomplishment this week is that I didn't gain anything.  I weighed in this morning at 205.2.

I'm fine with that.  In fact I'm happy!  I was seriously dreading this mornings weigh in.  I was pretty sick last week and probably very dehydrated.  I hadn't eaten well at all in days.  All this week I've eaten normal meals (my diet) and even cheated 3 times.  I'm also very hydrated.  So I was expecting to gain at least 1 lb back.

So, yay for maintaining!

But, I did cheat this week.  3 times.  Kaylee is still sick and having lots of doctor's appointments so my husband and I went to McDonalds for breakfast twice.  I just got a Sausage, egg & cheese mcmuffin, but it's 450 calories all on it's own.  And then I had a treat of pancakes yesterday.  But I cut down to 4 small pancakes, 1 piece of bacon & 4 pieces of sausage.

As for exercising...  Fail.  I am still sick, although I'd say I'm well on the mend now.  So, today I'm going to exercise again.  It's time to stop making excuses and get back on that horse.  I really really hate exercising!
